1. SMS / MMS Program Description & Use Cases
SELLER CENTRAL BOYS LLC operates two separate SMS/MMS consent programs. Consent for each is collected independently via separate unchecked checkboxes on our opt-in form and is never combined:
- Transactional Messages: Application status updates, support responses, ticket updates, appointment coordination, onboarding details, and inquiry follow-ups
- Marketing / Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, event promotions, program updates, and service announcements
Example marketing message: “Hey [First Name], this is Seller Central Boys. We have an exclusive update on our Amazon FBA mentorship program. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.”
2. How to Opt Out (Text STOP)
Your participation in our SMS/MMS program is entirely voluntary. You may opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any SMS/MMS message — you will be immediately unsubscribed
- Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — these keywords are also accepted
- Contact us directly at support@sellercentralboys.com
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS/MMS messages will be sent.

Our services and SMS/MMS messaging program are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or direct communications to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware a minor has enrolled, we will promptly remove their information and unsubscribe them.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We will never sell, rent, or share your SMS/MMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Transactional and marketing consents are always collected separately and independently.

By checking an SMS/MMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you confirm that you:

- Have read and agree to these Terms of Service

- Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages as described in the checkbox you selected
- Understand that SMS/MMS consent is optional and not required to apply for the mentorship program or purchase any services
9. Earnings Disclaimer
Results mentioned on our website, including testimonials and case studies, are not typical and are not guarantees of future income. Your results will vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, capital investment, and work ethic. There is no guarantee that you will make any money using our methods and strategies.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
